Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive shipping confirmation from our partner courier via SMS or app. The messages will include the tracking number or the link to track your order online. Merchandise with manufacturing defects can be returned for repair or replacement (exchange).

Change of size can only be accommodated within seven (7) days from the date of received. This can only be transacted once.
